These terms govern your use of the LeanFrame iOS app and related services. By downloading or using LeanFrame you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What LeanFrame is

LeanFrame is a fitness tool. It uses AI to estimate body composition from photos, to estimate the nutritional content of meals, and to provide diet coaching based on your logged data. All outputs are estimates generated by statistical models and depend on the quality and consistency of the inputs you provide.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• LeanFrame's core features (food logging, food database, your plan, progress photo check-ins and one AI body scan) are free. Further AI features (unlimited body scans, retroactive photo analysis, meal camera, coach) require a LeanFrame Pro subscription: $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year (local pricing may vary by App Store region).
• New subscribers to the annual plan get a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each monthly or annual period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or via the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.
• All billing, refunds and payment disputes are handled by Apple under its media services terms. We cannot issue refunds directly — request them through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you log and the photos you submit. You must only upload photos of yourself (or of your own meals). Our privacy policy explains how your data is handled and how to delete it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload photos of other people without their consent, or any unlawful content;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell or interfere with the app or its AI services;
• use the service to build a competing dataset or to abuse, overload or circumvent its limits;
• use LeanFrame if you are under 16.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

LeanFrame, its design, branding and software are our property. Your photos and logged data remain yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeanFrame is provided “as is” and we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on estimates the app produces. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law — where such rights apply, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service where permitted.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app, these terms, or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms we will update the effective date above. You can stop using LeanFrame at any time; sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
